On the 27th November 2010, ATOC and the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra proudly presents for the first time ever in Australasia, a traditional Viennese ball, to be held at the Auckland Town Hall.

The Viennese ball initiated as a tradition in 1773 under the patronage of Emperor Franz Joseph II in Vienna, Austria and has since then spread to over 42 countries entertaining people in an exclusive atmosphere that can only be compared to the fairy tale like magic of Cinderella.

At this event all the traditions will be followed ensuring it is classified as a traditional Viennese ball. We are happy and excited and look forward to welcoming you to what is going to be the premiere social event in New Zealand.
